- Austin started POWER training sessions in the summer of 2015. He cam in wanting speed and agility training as well as having his Olympic lifting form looked at.
- Since starting, he says his lifts at school have improved from minor technique fixes to speed training.
- His favorite part about coming to POWER is the opportunity to improve his athletic ability.
