- Began training at POWER-Fargo on February 15, and consistently performs 2-3 dry-land sessions and one hockey treadmill session each week.
- Always early, ready to go, and has a good attitude.
- Very coachable, listens to staff, and pushes himself.
- Dedicated, personable, hardworking, and determined.
- Stays late to complete his entire workout.
