The equipment and training expertise you'll find at the POWER Center deliver explosive speed, agility, power, strength, and endurance. Dryland training is individualized and performance driven.

A specialized treadmill is used to reinforce and develop proper and efficient skating mechanics.
Synthetic ice skills focus on passing, shooting, and stick/puck handling.
