Due to increased interest in Sanford POWER we are excited to announce the opening of the new Sanford FIELDHOUSE. The new 85,000 square foot facility will have state of the art equipment, training surfaces and expert staff to work with athletes at all stages from beginner to pro. The new facility will be located along Westport Ave on North side of Sioux Falls and connected to the bike path. At Sanford POWER we provide access to comprehensive functional, physiological and biomechanical evaluations, as well as rehabilitation and nutritional consultation services. POWER programs are for anyone who is looking to improve his/her physical performance, or to identify risk and work to prevent musculoskeletal injuries. This facility will also be the home of the National Youth Sports Health & Safety Institute under the direction of Michael F. Bergeron PhD, FACSM. The institute is a partnership between Sanford Health and the American College of Sports Medicine (the largest sports medicine advisory council in the world with over 20,000 members).
