Adult Circuit Class

Monday-Friday 5:30-6:30 AM / Noon-1:00 PM
Description: This class offers a form of conditioning that combines resistance training and high intensity cardio. It is designed to be easy to follow for all levels and targets muscular strength and endurance development, while improving cardiovascular fitness.

We can work with athletes in all sports, any age and skill level. Sessions developed and scheduled around your needs and goals. Individual, partner, small group and team training options. POWER Runners Program – Fall/Winter 2018-19

Thursday 5:30–6:30am / Thursday 7-8pm
Description: This program is specifically designed for all Sioux Falls area runners (beginners through advanced) who want to improve strength, running economy and prevent overuse injuries. Included with this program is a nutrition educational presentation on the specific needs of runners.

Middle School POWER Program – School Year 2018-19 (September-April) 

Mondays/ Wednesdays/ Thursday 6:30-7:30p.m.
*no class Sept 3 / Nov 22 / Dec 24, 25, 31 / Jan 1)
Description: This is designed for all area Middle School athletes.
(5th grade – 8th grade)
This program will emphasize the following:
  • Mastering basic movement skills in a supportive and fun environment
  • Jumping, landing, deceleration, spatial awareness, body control, and balance
  • Sanford Knee Injury Prevention Program exercises performed
  • Sanford SCOREPRO Biomechanical Movement Assessment available. Results sent to parents and athletes.
  • Strength/ Speed/ Agility exercises (age appropriate)

POWER Soccer – Winter 2018-19

Description: The POWER Soccer performance program will emphasize the following:
  • Acceleration / Deceleration techniques

POWER Speed School (Football off season) – Winter/Spring 2018-19

Description: POWER Speed School is designed for High School athletes (currently 9th – 12th grade). This performance program will offer the skills needed to improve acceleration / speed. This also includes a group nutritional education presentation.

POWER Tennis

Description: POWER Tennis will emphasize the following
  • On court skill workouts at Match Pointe Tennis/ mental preparation strategies
  • Strength training with emphasis on rotational stability and core control
  • Deceleration and change of direction techniques

POWER Track Camp (pre-season prep) – Spring 2019
