Wentz has deep ties to Sanford Health

Pro quarterback Carson Wentz, a Bismarck native who played college football at North Dakota State University, was recently in his home state to help celebrate the opening of the new Sanford Medical Center Fargo. During his trip back, Fox Sports North’s Marney Gellner looked at Wentz’s relationship with Sanford Health.

Wentz, who was taken second overall in the 2016 NFL draft, trained in high school with current Sanford POWER Manager Mike Salwei. He continues to work with POWER and is an advocate for Sanford Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
