How athletes can reduce the risk of ACL injury


ACL injuries are among the most common in sports. But steps can be taken to help prevent them from happening.

Exercise physiologist Al Kraft of Sanford POWER walked television station KVRR-TV of Fargo through the topic during a recent interview, including demonstrating some specific strengthening exercises that can be performed just about anywhere and with minimal equipment.

Kraft has been working in the sports medicine field for more than 20 years.
