Program(s): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:30 AM Adult Circuit Training Group. Previously in the Return to Performance Program, POWER Partner Training, and monthly member.
Highlights:

  • Began training at POWER in February of 2013 with the Return to Performance Program; has remained a partner training, monthly member, and/or 5:30 am circuit group participant
  • Extremely dedicated and consistently participates 3 days per week; regularly runs on other days
  • Pushes herself and encourages others through those tough Friday morning sessions
  • Enjoys training and having fun with her positive attitude
