Awards: Maya has been the hardest worker we have had in summer POWER. Her dedication and drive are an inspiration and are greatly appreciated by her coaches!

Highlights: Maya had never been in the weight room before summer POWER. Maya has added 8 inches to vertical, squatted 260lbs, cleaned 115lbs, bench pressed 115lbs, and deadlifted 275lbs.

Favorite thing about POWER: “I have seen major improvement in myself and what I am capable of. I enjoy getting to know the trainers, the activities, and the workouts.”
