Sanford POWER Training Programs
Sanford POWER isn’t a single, one-size-fits-all program. Instead, we customize it for each athlete’s unique needs and goals. Our goal is to provide athletes of all ages with the training tools they need to ensure great results and reduce injuries. Rather than concentrating on “just doing the exercises,” we focus on providing solid information about proper exercise techniques and training principles to give athletes the foundation they need to achieve results.
