VOLLEYBALL POWER TRAINING CAMP
This camp focuses on enhancing stability, flexibility, mobility, vertical jump, acceleration, power, strength, quickness and agility, and injury prevention.
Grades: 7-12 (grade going into)
Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Dates: June 6-Aug. 4, 2022
**No training the week of July 4th
Duration: 8 weeks; 24 training sessions
Time: 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
