CONGRATULATIONS to Mya Williams for being chosen as August’s Athlete of the Month at Sanford POWER in Bismarck!

Mya is going to be a sophomore at Bismarck High School where she competes in volleyball and track. She was a letter winner for the Demon’s volleyball and track & field teams this past season as a freshman. She also on the nationally qualifying volleyball team! Mya displays the same work ethic in the classroom where she earned presidential academic awards this past school year. Mya has been one of the most dedicated athletes towards the process of training. Her consistency has yielded significant results in both technique and strength! She exemplifies what every coach desires in a student-athlete: coachable, hard-working, consistent, respectful and talented!

Maliah Frey

CONGRATULATIONS to Maliah Frey for being chosen as July’s Athlete of the Month at Sanford POWER in Bismarck!

Maliah is going to be a freshman at Century High School where she competes in track and gymnastics. She was a letter winner for the Patriot’s track and field team this past season as an 8th grader. She was also named Bismarck Gymnastics’ gymnast of the year for 2020-2021. Maliah displays the same work ethic in the classroom where she held a 3.8 GPA this past school year. Maliah has had perfect attendance thus far at the 6AM session of summer POWER training at Century High School. She exemplifies what every coach desires in a student-athlete: coachable, hard-working, consistent, respectful and talented!

Bauer Ackerman

CONGRATULATIONS to Bauer Ackerman on being chose as May’s Athlete of the Month at Sanford POWER in Bismarck!

Bauer is a freshman at Bismarck High School where she competes in hockey. Bauer has been a mainstay at Bismarck POWER for the last several years where her consistency and dedication have led to tremendous gains within her training that have transferred over to the ice. She was named a member of the NDAHA 15U All-State Team, 15U USA Girl’s Hockey Team, and the 2021 Biosteel Player Development Camp. Bauer displays remarkable pride in her work. She always puts forth her best effort and applies the utmost diligence whether in training, on the ice, or in the classroom. Bauer was the recipient of the Academic Presidential Award, maintains a 4.0 GPA, and was voted student of the year her 8th grade year at Watcher Middle School.
