SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Nate Kaeding, a former staff member at the University of North Dakota, is joining the Sanford POWER Basketball Academy as lead academy specialist. Kaeding will be based in Sioux Falls.

Kaeding spent three years as the director of basketball operations for the Fighting Hawks. The Fargo native was a three-year letter-winner for the University of Mary.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be joining the team at the Sanford Pentagon and within the Power Basketball Academy,” said Kaeding. “Ever since I started this journey of coaching and teaching, my number one priority has always been to help impact young people while they pursue their goals and dreams. With this new role, it will provide the ultimate platform to continue to do just that. It is well known throughout the region how passionate the people of Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas are about basketball. Our goal with an incredible facility like the Pentagon and the resources that Sanford provides is to offer a first class academy where our basketball athletes receive detailed instruction, opportunities to compete and grow their love of the game.”
