POWER Sports Performance Training

Power is offered to athletes over the age of 14. Our Sanford POWER Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists will design a program around your goals, provide motivation and challenge you each day. As athletes mature, they are still developing neuromuscular patterns of speed, agility and power; therefore, technique, form and education are key. The training sessions begin to mimic the sports’ specific demands by increasing loads to optimize speed, strength and power while decreasing injury risk. Sanford POWER provides the most comprehensive athlete training programs in the region. Our job is to help you maximize your athletic potential.

Pre-POWER

Pre-Power is offered to athletes under the age of 13. Our Sanford POWER Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists will design a program around an athlete’s goals, provide motivation and challenge you each day. Training sessions prepare young athletes for safe competition by focusing on developing flexibility, coordination, balance, strength and speed. Sanford POWER provides the most comprehensive athlete training programs in the region. Our job is to help you maximize your athletic potential.

Adult Group Fitness

These sessions model our athlete training but are more appropriate for non-competitive athletes looking to improve their general fitness levels through strength training, high intensity interval training and aerobic conditioning. Workouts take place at Sanford POWER in a positive and energetic group setting. Classes are held Monday-Friday at 12:00 PM.

Personal Training

Our Sanford POWER Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists will design an individualized workout for men and women based on your individualized needs and goals. For individual/very specific goals/movement deficiencies, personal training might be a valuable option.
