Adult Circuit Class

Monday-Friday 5:30-6:30 AM / Noon-1:00 PM

Description: This class offers a form of conditioning that combines resistance training and medium to high intensity cardio. It is designed to be easy to follow for all levels and targets muscular strength and endurance development, while improving cardiovascular fitness.

College Athlete Summer Membership – Summer 2019

Monday-Friday 5:30am-7pm.
May – August., 2019 
Fee:$129/athlete (good for 90 consecutive days / Sanford Fieldhouse membership rules apply)
Description: This is designed for all College athletes that are in the area for the summer and would like to train at the Fieldhouse (Wellness Center’s not included). This discounted 90-day membership allows an athlete to incorporate their own program for the summer and train around 
their specific schedule and needs.

POWER Runners Program – Summer 2019

Wednesday 5:30-6:30 am / Thursday 6-7 pm (must choose one day/time)
June 5-Aug. 29, 2019 (no class July 3 or 4)
Fee: $141/athlete
Description: This program is specifically designed for all Sioux Falls area runners (beginners and advanced) who want to improve strength, running economy and prevent overuse injuries. Included with this program is a nutrition educational presentation on the specific needs of runners.

Middle School POWER Program – Summer 2019 (we also offer a monthly program during the school year – call us for details)

Mondays/ Wednesdays/ Fridays 10-11 am.
June 3-August 2, 2019 (no class July 1, 3, 5)
Fee: $299/athlete
Description: This is designed for all area Middle School athletes.
(5th grade – 8th grade in Fall of 2019)
This program will emphasize the following:
  • Mastering basic movement skills in a supportive and fun environment
  • Jumping, landing, deceleration, spatial awareness, body control, and balance
  • Sanford Knee Injury Prevention Program exercises performed
  • Sanford SCOREPRO Biomechanical Movement Assessment available. Results sent to parents and athletes.
  • Strength/ Speed/ Agility exercises (age appropriate)

POWER Soccer

Description: The POWER Soccer performance program will emphasize the following:
  • Acceleration / Deceleration techniques
  • Speed development

POWER Speed School – Summer 2019

Description: This program is designed to improve speed, agility and athleticism for athletes involved in all sports. Emphasis on techniques and drills to improve deceleration, acceleration and explosiveness to improve performance in practice and competitions. Also addressed will be the
key strength exercises to improve power and reduce injury.

POWER Elite Program – Summer 2019 (Session 1)

June 10 – July 3, 2019 (no July 4th ) – Session 1 / *MUST register by June 3rd / limit of 12 athletes in this session
Monday – Thursday 9-10 am

Fee: $225/athlete (price includes tax) / *MUST register by June 3rd

Description: This program is a comprehensive sports performance package that includes:
Individualized programming designed for each athletes specific sport demands: Monday & Wednesday (strength programming) / Tuesday & Thursday (speed, agility and conditioning).

  • Nutrition education and coaching (nutrition presentation, custom plan development and support, along with 1 check-in visit with Sports Dietician).
  • Body composition testing (skinfold).
  • Introduction to recovery and body maintenance techniques, equipment and services (hyperice vibrating foam rollers, Normatec recovery boots, hands-on soft tissue release). Recovery techniques to promote blood flow, reduce muscle soreness and improve range of motion.

POWER Elite Program – Summer 2019 (Session 2)

  • Emphasis on strength, speed, power, agility and injury reduction exercises
  • Access to Sports Nutrition education group presentation
  • Access to Return to Performance programming (RTP) for injured athletes
